The metal surfaces display an attractive, aged patina over an original blued finish, with a fully intact receiver dust cover and guide rail. The smooth, straight-grain American walnut buttstock is fitted with a traditional crescent steel buttplate featuring a sliding brass trapdoor for a cleaning rod, paired with a full-length tubular magazine. The rifle comes equipped with an adjustable buckhorn rear sight and a drift-adjustable front sight. Offered in very good overall condition, the rifle boasts a tight action and a completely shootable bore showing distinct rifling.
